The core Timberland boot has been maintained for 50 years.
Inbetween, a number of collaborations have resulted in limited editions, versions of Timberland’s famous yellow pair I’ve owned for over 20 years now!
Let’s take a look at some of their new collaborative silhouettes I enjoy, as well.

About Timberland Boots
What’s most impressive about Timberland to me is that the core boot has been a staple in pop culture for more than 50 years… and continues unabated.
The Timberland boot hits with workwear, streetwear, and leisurewear. It’s also an actual good winner on a quality level, and a great work boot.
Fun fact: This was actually the first boot I ever got when I was painting houses… I was 15, maybe 16, at the time.
Limited Edition Timberland Boot Collaborations
Timberland’s Limited Edition footwear and clothing collections are bespoke – exclusive takes on classic Timberland footwear.
These collaborations feature special edition colors, materials, and patterns.
Timberland collaborations include the iconic ankle boot, chukka boots, and hiking boots.
Limited Editions sell out quickly and are not repeated, so best get your pair before they’re gone!
Previous Timberland Boot Collaborative Partners
Timberland’s list of collaborations reads like a who’s who of creatives. Previous collaborative partners include the likes of Virgil Abloh’s Off-White, Pharrell Williams’ Bee Line. Ronnie Fieg’s Kith, Drake’s OVO, and Stüssy.
Current Timberland Boot Collaborations
Right now, Timberland have a set of creatives doing different variations of the boot and collections with Timberland, as they have always done.
This includes Samuel Ross, who is one of my personal top 3 favorite designers. Ross is a British product and fashion designer who founded the label A-COLD-WALL*.
Edison Chen, who probably has my favorite overall looks of all these collaborative collections. Edison Chen Koon-hei is a Chinese-born Canadian and a multi-talented creative who acts, sings, and raps, while also being a standout fashion designer and entrepreneur. Chen is the co-founder of Hong Kong-based streetwear and fashion label, CLOT.
And Christopher Raeburn, who’s made a name for himself designing with interesting materials and is Timberland’s global creative director.
Let me know which of the pieces in Timberland’s collaborative collections are your favorites or if you’re sticking with the originals.
This post is in partnership with Timberland. As always, I only do ads and partnerships with brands I both like and support.
